Dianne built a very reputable, growing firm in Prosper, Texas and operated Dianne Kerr, CPA for 17 years. She sold her practice to Lynn in November 2014 to move away from the day-to-day management of the practice. Dianne’s responsibilities include monthly and quarterly accounting for many of the clients she has serviced over the years. She specializes in assisting small businesses with understanding their financial statements and preparation of business and individual tax returns. Prior to starting her firm, Dianne worked at a CPA firm in McKinney, Texas.
Dianne earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University. She is also a member of the Texas Society of CPAs. In the community, Dianne is involved with the Prosper Chamber of Commerce.
Dianne is married and has two sons and a wonderful daughter-in-law. Outside of the office, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and hopes to begin travelling soon.
